- Recipe suggestion: King Prawn Chow Mein Serves 2 1. Cook 2 Blue Dragon Wholewheat Noodle nests according to instructions, drain and drizzle with a little sesame oil (optional). 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok, add 250g raw king prawns and fry for 2 minutes or until they have turned pink. 3. Add 50g sliced green pepper, 50g thinly sliced red onion and 30g mangetout and fry for another minute. 4. Pour over one sachet Blue Dragon Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce toss in the noodles and stir through until all ingredients are combined. 5. Ensure piping hot and serveimmediately.
Step 1: Bring a pan of water to the boil.Step 2: Add noodles to the pan (1 nest per person).Step 3: Simmer for 5 minutes (or 4 minutes if used in a stir fry).Step 4: Drain, rinse in cold water and serve (or add as last minute element in a stir fry).
Once opened, re-seal with adhesive tab, store in a cool dry place and consume within 28 days.
