Preparation & Storage


  • You will need: 1 sachet of Hansells panna cotta mix 250ml cream (UK double cream) 250ml whole milk 4 x 150ml dariole moulds or ramekins Directions: 1. Measure the milk and cream into a small saucepan. 2. Sprinkle over sachet contents and stir well. 3. Cook over medium high heat until boiling, turn down heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and pour into the moulds or ramekins. 4. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hrs. 5. Turn out onto serving plates and serve. Tip: to get your panna cotta out of the mould more easily, carefully dip it into boiling water for a few seconds and run a knife round the edge before turning it out. Serve with your favourite berry sauce. Once prepared, keep refrigerated and consume within 48hrs.
