Easy to make simply add milk and cream. No artificial colours or flavours. A heavenly melt in the mouth cooked cream dessert with a dash of vanilla.

Preparation & Storage
- You will need:1 sachet of Hansells panna cotta mix250ml cream (UK double cream)250ml whole milk4 x 150ml dariole moulds or ramekinsDirections:1. Measure the milk and cream into a small saucepan.2. Sprinkle over sachet contents and stir well.3. Cook over medium high heat until boiling, turn down heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and pour into the moulds or ramekins.4. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hrs.5. Turn out onto serving plates and serve.Tip: to get your panna cotta out of the mould more easily, carefully dip it into boiling water for a few seconds and run a knife round the edge before turning it out. Serve with your favourite berry sauce.Once prepared, keep refrigerated and consume within 48hrs.
Store in a cool, dry place.
