Handmade at Wilson Fields Farm using local cow's milk from our family and friends, Blacksticks Blue is matured to perfection for a soft texture and distinctive creamy taste. Just up the lane from our dairy is Blacksticks Farm, named after the tall chestnut trees whose silhouettes stood out like black sticks in the winter months. Our family lived and farmed here for many years, so when it came to creating our next generation of cheeses, we felt it was the perfect name. Enjoy! Gillian
