- Ideal to spice up your festive meats and great for those Boxing Day buffets, or as a side dish to any meal accompaniment.PREPARATION / RECIPE SUGGESTIONS.Mix the contents of the packet with 420ml (15fl oz) of boiling water and 25g of butter or mix with 300g of Sausage meat, 25g Butter and 200ml boiling water, mix thoroughly and allow to stand for 10 minutes before stuffing the joint.To add a seasonal twist use cider in place of water and add 2 tbls of Honey. When stuffing meat or poultry, use the total weight of the dishes including the stuffing to calculate the cooking time.
