    Ingredients

    50ml strong coffee, chilled
    50-75ml grappa
    50-75ml coffee liqueur (optional)
    2 large ice cubes, to serve

    Method

    1. Mix the coffee and the alcohol in a little jug.

    2. Place the ice – we prefer the oversized ones – in 2 glasses.

    3. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice and serve immediately. Perfect with or after dessert.
