    After five with chocolate shavings

    A fabulous cocktail for those who also enjoy their chocolate! 

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    50ml Chase Vodka
    Handful of fresh mint
    20ml Baileys
    20ml half-and-half (half single cream, half milk)
    Chocolate shavings and Matchmakers, to garnish  

    Method

    Shake all the ingredients together, except the garnish. Strain twice into chocolate-rimmed glasses over crushed ice. Serve with Matchmakers.
