A sweet non-alcoholic cocktail inspired by the ingredients used in the classic English dessert from Derbyshire, Bakewell pudding.
Makes: 1 glass
100g frozen cherries (defrosted)
1/2 tsp almond extract
A cherry to garnish
1. Push 100g defrosted frozen cherries through a sieve.
2. Stir in 1/2 a teaspoon of almond extract and pour over ice.
3. Top with soda and a cocktail cherry garnish.
