30ml Scotch whisky
20ml cherry liqueur
20ml sweet Dolin vermouth
30ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice
Lemon twist, to garnish
Shake 30ml Scotch whisky, 20ml cherry liqueur, 20ml sweet Dolin vermouth and 30ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
