Chilli beef & broccoli stir fry

Serves: 2
½ tbsp oil
250g pack essential Waitrose Steak Stir Fry
200g pack Waitrose Rainbow Stir Fry
80g pack Tenderstem broccoli
½ –1 tsp chilli powder
250ml passata
300g can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
250g pouch Waitrose Microwaveable Whole Grain Rice
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the steak for 2 minutes, add the vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add the chilli powder and then the passata and kidney beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, covered until the broccoli is just tender.
3. Meanwhile, heat the rice according to the pack instructions and serve with the stir fry.
