Chinese stir-fried greens

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 x 210g packs Waitrose Rainbow Stir Fry
200g pack Waitrose Limited Selection Tat Soi
2 tbsp Amoy Light Soy Sauce
½ x 25g pack Waitrose Cooks’ Ingredients Thai Basil, shredded
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, and fry the garlic and rainbow stir fry for 4 minutes, covered. Cut the stems off the tat soi, add to the pan with the soy sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Stir in the basil and serve with the beef in oyster sauce.
