100g Waitrose Duchy Organic Plain White Flour
2 medium Waitrose Duchy Organic British Free Range Eggs
200ml Waitrose Duchy Organic Semi-Skimmed Milk
25g Waitrose Duchy Organic Cranberry Sauce With Port
1 tbsp oil
340g pack Waitrose Duchy Organic 12 Free Range British Pork Chipolatas With Rosemary & Honey
½ x 25g pack parsley, chopped, optional
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Make a well in the flour and whisk in the eggs, then gradually whisk in the milk to give a smooth batter. Season and whisk in the cranberry sauce. Set aside. If you have time, leave for 30 minutes.
2. Place the oil in a 22cm square tin and add the chipolatas. Cook for 10 minutes. Pour over the batter and cook for a further 30 minutes until golden.
3. Garnish with the chopped parsley, then serve with organic broccoli and gravy.
