Cranberry mustard relish

A turkey dinner isn’t complete without cranberry sauce. The mustard here adds extra bite
350g frozen or fresh cranberries
200g caster sugar
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 Combine the cranberries and sugar in a saucepan with a splash of water and put over a medium heat. Stir to dissolve the sugar and cook for a further 10 minutes after the cranberries start to pop. Cool completely, then stir in the mustard before serving.
