Curried turkey stew

1 chicken stock cube
400g can essential Waitrose chopped tomatoes
2 x 400g Waitrose vegetables & mixed beans for soups, stews and tagines
500g pack essential Waitrose diced Britsh turkey breast
2 tbsp Madras curry paste
200g long grain rice, steamed, to serve
Lemon wedges, to serve
1. Place the stock cube, tomatoes and 450ml water in a large pan with the vegetable mix. Bring to the boil, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
2. Add the turkey and curry paste, then cover and cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Spoon into bowls and serve with the rice and lemon wedges.
