Go flamboyantly retro with this colourful, fruity cocktail.
40ml Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale
20ml pineapple juice
100ml cloudy lemonade
Lemon slice (optional)
10ml De Kuyper Blue Curaçao
1 Fill a large tumbler with crushed ice, add the Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale, pineapple juice and cloudy lemonade and mix a few times with a spoon. Add more crushed ice; top with a lemon slice if liked.
2 Drizzle the Blue Curaçao over the top just before serving.
