15ml ginger and lemongrass cordial
Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Slice of ginger, to garnish
Kaffir lime leaves, to garnish
Pour the gin and cordial into an ice-filled tumbler. Top up with the tonic water and add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Garnish with a siice of fresh ginger and kaffir lime leaves.
