Waitrose Dandelion, Fennel & Ginger Infusion tea bags
Waitrose Duchy Organic Ginger & Lime Pressé
Fennel fronds and lime, to garnish
1. Pour 200ml boiling water over 4 Waitrose Dandelion, Fennel & Ginger Infusion tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and cool. To serve, stir briefly over ice, strain and divide between 4 martini glasses. Top with chilled Waitrose Duchy Organic Ginger & Lime Pressé to taste, and garnish with a fennel frond and lime.
