Homemade seeded muesli

150g jumbo oats
50g oatmeal
50g Waitrose Love Life Mixed Roasted Nuts, roughly chopped
25g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp agave nectar
100g sultanas
Skimmed milk, to serve
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C, gas mark 3. Place the oats, oatmeal, nuts, seeds and cinnamon in a large roasting tin, drizzle over the agave nectar and mix to coat. Spread out evenly and roast for 10-15 minutes, stirring half way, until golden. Allow to cool.
2. Stir in the sultanas and serve with milk. This can be stored in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
