Honey glazed chicken, bacon & potato salad

1 tbsp essential Waitrose Olive Oil
2 essential Waitrose British Chicken Breast Fillets, sliced
1 x half a 200g pack essential Waitrose Smoked British Bacon Lardons
400g essential Waitrose New Potatoes, cut into bitesize chunks
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Clear Honey
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Balsamic Vinegar
200g bag essential Waitrose Crispy Salad
1. Heat the oil and fry the chicken and lardons for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked throughout (with no pink meat on the chicken).
2. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender, then drain.
3. Add the honey and vinegar to the chicken.Add the potatoes, toss into the salad and serve.
