Mint leaves
40ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
60ml Prosecco
60ml soda water
Lemon twists and mint, to garnish
1. Scoop a handful of ice into a large wine glass with some torn mint leaves. Add the St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Prosecco and soda water. Garnish with lemon twists and more mint.
