Iced limoncello martini
This simple but impressive drink is a refreshing twist on the classic martini.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
60ml vodka
15ml dry vermouth
2 scoops Waitrose 1 Limoncello Italian Gelato
Method
1 Place the vodka, vermouth and gelato in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into martini glasses and serve swiftly with short straws for sipping.
