    La Paloma cocktail

    Serves: 1


    35ml of Quiquiriqui Mezcal
    25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
    50ml of Waitrose Pink Grapefruit Juice
    10ml of Monin Pure Cane Sugar Syrup
    Club soda
    Pink Himalayan rock salt garnish (optional)


    1. Fill a highball style glass with ice. Build the ingredients into the glass.

    2. Stir all the ingredients and then top with soda. Garnish with a wedge of lime and Pink Himalayan Rock salt on the rim of the glass (optional). Enjoy!
