Manchego, membrillo and serrano ham stacks

200g manchego cheese
120g Waitrose & Partners No.1 Membrillo Paste
90g Unearthed Serrano Ham
15 pickled hot peppers (guindillas), cut in half
1. Remove the rind from the cheese and slice into 2cm pieces. Turn the membrillo paste out of the pack and cut into 30 cubes. Tear the serrano ham into 30 pieces. Bunch up a piece of ham and thread it onto a skewer. Follow with a piece of pepper, a membrillo cube, then a cube of cheese. Repeat to make 30 skewers. Serve immediately.
