Mango, cardamom & ginger smoothie

2-3 cardamom pods
1 Perfectly Ripe Large Mango
150g natural yogurt
4 ice cubes
½ tsp fresh root ginger, grated
3 mint leaves, shredded
Grind the seeds from the cardamom pods to a fine powder. Put in a blender with the mango, natural yogurt, ice cubes, lime juice, ginger and mint leaves. Whizz until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with a few sprigs of mint.
