    Ingredients

    60ml The Macallan 12 Years Old Double Cask Highland Single Malt Whiskey
    15ml De Kuyper Cherry Brandy Liqueur
    20ml sweet vermouth
    Cocktail cherry and mixed spice, to serve

    Method

    1 Put the whisky, cherry brandy liqueur and vermouth in a cocktail shaker. Add plenty of ice and shake until cold, then strain into a coupe glass. Add the cherry on a skewer (or cocktail stick), then sprinkle over a little mixed spice to serve.
