    Mozzarella, Parma ham & rocket piada

    15g wild rocket
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
    1 Crosta & Mollica Piada Organic Wholeblend Italian Flatbread
    ½ x 125g Garofalo Mozzarella Di Bufala Campana
    2 slices Waitrose 1 Prosciutto Di Parma



    1. Toss the rocket with the oil, balsamic vinegar and a little black pepper.  

    2. Warm the piada on a griddle for 1-2 minutes each side until marked and hot. 

    3. Fill with ripped mozzarella, Parma ham and the dressed rocket. Fold or roll and eat immediately.
