½ tsp sugar
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 tsp water
Strip of orange zest, to garnish
Stir ½ tsp sugar, 3 dashes Angostura Bitters and 1 tsp water in a glass until the sugar is nearly dissolved. Add ice, pour over 50ml bourbon
and stir. Squeeze a strip of orange zest over the glass, then drop in.
