    Orange & star anise nymph

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    25ml Black Cow
    Ice
    Soda water
    Orange peel slice
    Dash of Angostura Bitters
    2 star anise, to garnish 

    Method

    Add 25ml Black Cow to a rocks glass with ice. Top with soda water. Twist an orange peel slice over the drink, run it around the rim and drop it into the glass. Add a dash of Angostura Bitters and garnish with two star anise.
