    Ingredients

    Method

    Scoop the fruit of ½ passion fruit into a shaker. Add 45ml golden rum, 15ml apricot brandy, 10ml vanilla syrup and lots of ice. Shake well and fine-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with ½ passion fruit.
