    Pear vodka Collins

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    50ml vodka
    50ml pear juice
    ice
    soda water
    sprig of fresh thyme, to garnish

    Method

    Stir 50ml vodka with 50ml pear juice in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
