    Pigs in blankets

    Serves: 6-8


    6 rashers smoked streaky bacon
    12 chipolatas
    12 prunes 


    1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C, gas mark 4. Stretch the bacon rashers with the back of a knife, then cut in half widthways. Slice the prunes open and wrap around the chipolatas, then fix in place by wrapping a piece of bacon around and over the top. Put on a baking tray and cook for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden.
