Hoisin pork and red pepper stir fry with rice

2 essential Waitrose British Pork Loin Steaks, trimmed
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 red pepper, sliced
50g cashew nuts
½ x 235g pack pak choi, shredded
350g pack Waitrose Oriental Stir Fry Rice
1. Coat the pork in 1 tbsp hoisin sauce. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks for 10-12 minutes on a low heat, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.Remove from the pan and keep warm.
2. In the same pan, fry the pepper, nuts and pak choi for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, microwave the rice according to pack instructions and stir into the vegetables with the remaining hoisin. Serve with the sliced pork on top.
