25g sachet Itsu Miso
150g Clearspring Brown
Rice Udon Noodles
1 red pepper, sliced
235g pack pak choi, shredded
180g pack raw jumbo
1. Dissolve the miso paste in 700ml boiling water and add the noodles, pepper and white parts of the pak choi. Cook, partly covered, for
