Light and fresh, this is the ideal step on from a mojito to offer something complex, but summery and bright
25ml Bacardi Superior Rum
25ml Bacardi Ocho Anos Rum
15ml sugar syrup
10ml lime juice
10ml lemon juice
8 small oregano or Thai basil leaves
Angostura bitters and sprig of mint, to serve
1. Mix all the ingredients over crushed ice in a highball glass.
2. Add more crushed ice to the top and dash over some Angostura Bitters. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
