    Raspberry swirl Margarita


    Mango sorbet
    50mll orange juice with bits
    50ml tequila
    1 tsp sugar syrup
    Waitrose Scottish raspberry & vanilla coulis


    1.Bring 250ml water and 100g caster sugar to the boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool

    2. Blend 1 large scoop of mango sorbet, 50mll orange juice, 50ml tequila and 1 tsp sugar syrup until smooth.

    3. Swirl the raspberry coulis inside a glass. Add the mango mixture and garnish with a raspberry and a mint leaf.
