    Ingredients

    Ice
    50ml gin
    London Essence Co. Rhubarb & Cardamom Crafted Soda
    Sprig of mint, to garnish

    Method

    Fill a Collins glass with ice, add the gin and top up with the soda. Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.
