    Roast beef and horseradish bagels

    ½ tsp nonpareille capers in brine, drained and chopped
    1 tsp creamed horseradish
    1 New York Bakery Co. Soft Seeded Bagel Thin, lightly toasted
    small handful watercress
    2 slices Waitrose & Partners No.1 Aberdeen Angus Peppered Beef
    1 small vine tomato, sliced


    1. Mix the capers with the horseradish and spread over the bottom half of the bagel. Pile with the watercress, peppered beef and tomato. Season with black pepper and add the top bagel half.
