    St Clement's Cosmo

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    50ml vodka
    15ml triple sec
    15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
    125ml clementine juice
    Clementine slice and bay leaf, to garnish

    Method

    1. Shake all the ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a slice of clementine and a bay leaf.
