Ingredients
25ml vodka
35ml Hotel Chocolat Velvetised Chocolate Cream – Salted Caramel
15ml cold milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
White and dark chocolate shavings
Waitrose No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce
Method
- Add the vodka, salted caramel cream, milk and ice cream to a mixing glass and blend.
- Swirl salted caramel sauce on the inside of a coupe. Pour the drink into the glass and garnish with the chocolate shavings.
