    Skewered Sausages with Bacon

    Serves: 6


    • 6 rashers streaky bacon
    • Wholegrain mustard
    • 340g pack Waitrose Pork Chipolatas


    1. Halve each bacon rasher and stretch slightly using the back of a knife. Spread a little mustard on each rasher.
    2. Place a sausage on each bacon rasher. Wrap the bacon around it, overlapping the ends.
    3. Put each sausage on a skewer, piercing the join in the bacon. Cover and keep in the fridge until required.
    4. Place the skewers in a roasting tin and cook at 190°C, gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and the juices run clear.
