    Soft boiled goose egg

I know you can't get them in Waitrose, but I'm sure this will be of interest to Waitrose foodies! PS. a couple of years ago I bought from Waitrose one of those posh chocolate desserts in china cups. It was expensive, but I liked the look of the cups. They turn out to be the exact size needed for a boiled goose egg!

    Serves: 1

    • Fresh goose egg

    1. Place the egg in a medium to small pan and cover with hot water from the tap. Bring to the boil and then time for 8 minutes. Remove and cut off the top. Enjoy!
