    Soft boiled goose egg

I know you can't get them in Waitrose, but I'm sure this will be of interest to Waitrose foodies! PS. a couple of years ago I bought from Waitrose one of those posh chocolate desserts in china cups. It was expensive, but I liked the look of the cups. They turn out to be the exact size needed for a boiled goose egg!
