    Star Hill highball

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    50ml Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon
    2 dashes Angostura bitters
    Ginger ale
    Orange zest, to garnish
     

    Method

    1. Fill a glass with ice, add the bourbon and 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, and top with chilled ginger ale. Garnish with orange zest.
