Strawberries not only look divine, they add texture and sweetness to classic summer cocktails.
4 fresh strawberries
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1. Hull the strawberries and blend with the caster sugar and lemon juice to make a smooth purée. Pour the purée and Prosecco into a shaker, fill with ice and shake very gently. Strain into a flute and top up with a little more Prosecco.
