Strawberry and Rhubarb Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
50ml Chase Rhubarb Vodka
1 Strawberry
12.5ml Fresh lime juice
20ml Cranberry juice
Method
1. Put the strawberry in a cocktail shaker and muddle until broken down.
2. Add all other ingredients and shake with cubed ice, then double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh a strawberry to finish.
