Easy to prepare, this stunning savoury tarte makes a great starter or vegetarian main course.
Serves: 6 as a starter (or 4 as a main course)
To serve as a main course, crumble a soft goat's cheese over the tarte and cut into 4 wedges.
Try serving with an aromatic wine from Alsace such as Pinot Gris Le Fromenteau 2003 Josmeyer.
