    Serves: 1


    1 slice of orange studded with 4 cloves
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 slices peeled ginger
    150ml medium-bodied red wine
    80ml water
    25ml Amaretto


    1. Place the clove-studded orange slice, cinnamon, ginger, red wine and water in a pan and warm gently for 10-15 minutes without boiling.

    2. Add the Amaretto.

    3. Remove the cinnamon stick, pour into a heatproof class and serve warm.
