Tray bake spicy meatballs

400g pack Waitrose 24 Hereford Beef Meatballs
1 red pepper, diced
1 red onion, cut into 8 wedges
750g pack McCain Lightly Spiced Wedges
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Nando’s Peri-Peri Garlic Sauce
200g tub vine ripened tomato salsa
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7.
2. Place the meatballs, pepper, onion and wedges on a large baking tray, and toss in the oil and garlic sauce.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and serve with the salsa.
