    600g tub fresh essential Waitrose Vegetable & Lentil Soup
    1 tbsp tikka curry paste
    150g frozen essential Waitrose Mixed Vegetables
    100g essential Waitrose Basmati Rice
    2 tbsp chopped coriander


    1. Place the soup in a large saucepan with the curry paste and mixed vegetables and bring to the boil. Stir in the rice.

    2. Cover and cook gently for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking until the rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed. Stir in the coriander. Serve with naan bread if you wish.
