30ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
15ml egg white
A few dashes Angostura Bitters
Cherry and wedge of lemon, to garnish
Put the vodka, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and a few dashes Angostura Bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with
a cherry and a wedge of lemon.
