    Whisky martini

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    25ml whisky
    25ml gin
    Ice
    Strip of lemon zest, to garnish

    Method

    Pour 25ml whisky and 25ml gin into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well with a long-handled spoon until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Squeeze a strip of lemon zest over and drop into the glass.
