    Whisky spritz

    Ingredients

    Ice
    30ml whisky
    60ml ginger ale
    Lemon wedge
    Apple pressé (such as Bottlegreen) 

    Method

    Fill a tumbler with ice and add the whisky and ginger ale. Squeeze in the lemon wedge, then drop it into the glass. Top up with the apple pressé, stir and serve.
